Things Dr. F said: "I hope Martin comes back soon, that sounds exciting!" and "I've still got my fingers crossed for a positive pregnancy test!" and "Let's get you that pertussis vaccine, you'll be around a little baby -- and you'll be busy and won't have time as things get nearer," and "This sounds great, the more loving adults a baby has, the better!"

me: she also said, "And if you decide to bring the baby in, you know ... any of you could bring it, and I ... well, you're all parents. So." So she won't have a "but who's the real mother" thing going on.

me: yeah, she's pretty awesome :)

me: It's kind of amazing, it's like she went into this proactive. Also, and she said, "I've seen the studies - it's far better to be fat and fit than thin and not. What kind of exercise do you get?" I said, "Well, I have dogs." She laughed. "So offleash whenever we can, I go maybe 3-6 miles a week."

miche: Yay!
miche: I love her. Will she travel?

me: she takes newborns, child and women's health are her things, so of course, she'll be our pediatrician -- no question.
