I'm not sure yet which direction this journal is headed. I wanted to write about living in a poly family, three adults and a kid (and three dogs and four chickens) but that just doesn't seem all that interesting to me. I'm in it, it's peaceful and nice, I have no idea what aspects of this other people would find interesting. I'd love other folks' input about that -- what do you want to hear about? There isn't drama, and I don't write about things that violate privacy boundaries for other members of the family, but there must be something, no?
In the meantime, I'll erratically meander through our lives.

from mid-2010: We are having a baby. It is due March 13. Mary has been keeping this journal since around when we started trying to do this, and opened it up the week that we announced Audrey's pregnancy. Most of Mary's personal feelings about the project will go in her own journal, more general baby stuff is here, some filtered, some public. For the core information, check here.
