We'll use eco-disposables for travel (seventh generation are highly rated) but already have all our cloth for home, thanks to ebay. I even got some cute homemade ones (including a few made with care bear fabric, which will be fun to have as a poop receptacle). There's also a compostable-disposable service that picks up and composts diapers, but they have to be *their* diapers, as others won't compost properly. We have a washer/dryer and a clothes line, though, so can totally handle cloth. I'm also doing cloth wipes.
We use almost entirely cloth here for towels and napkins, too, but recycled toilet paper, and I can see getting that by the truckload at Costco, as well as stuff like the breakfast cereal Casey prefers.
